AXA Health Stronger Minds

AXA Health is your BA provided healthcare trust plan which offers private treatment options for both physical and mental health conditions. If you feel anxious, worried or down and you’re concerned, call and speak to one of their personal advisers. They’ll book a time for you to speak to one of the clinicians in the mental health assessments and support team. Available to members aged 18 and over.
Helpdirect

Helpdirect is a confidential service that can be accessed by telephone 24/7 offering support guidance and information for personal or work related concerns. This service is provided by an independent company 'Validium,' and some counselling is undertaken by the parent company, 'HealthHero.' Reasons to call include work related stress, work life balance, changes at home or at work, legal or debt issues and bereavement. Call on 0800 195 6999 or non UK on +44 141 271 7188. This service is also open to family members who live at home or who are under 23 in full time education.
Also available as part of Helpdirect is vClub, a website offering information sheets and online counselling options. You will be able to register for a personal vClub account by first logging in once with Username: BritishAirways and Password: speedbird.
